Ustadha Saleena Akhtar

Ustadha Saleena Akhtar was born and raised in the U.K. She holds a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and education.  She is a graduate of the Alimah program at NurulIlm Academy Dubai and is also a student of Shaykh Mufti Tauqeer in the path of self-purification and Islamic spirituality since 2011. She  is currently working towards specialisation in Tajweed .

Ustadha Saleena Akhtar teaches Tajweed at the Light of Knowledge Institute and also conducts Quran Learning Classes for young children and teenage girls. She is DBS certified.
